[AMBARI-14787] Widgets doesn't load on Summary page layout after new ones are created

Description

STR:

• Navigate to HDFS service page
• Click on Actions - Create widget
• Select Number
• Create expression : HDFS: All Datanodes : bytes_in average + HBASE: All HBase Masters: bytes_in average
• Name the widget and Save
  At the HDFS summary layout noticed that none of the widgets are being loaded.
