Description
Allow the user to enter a specific time range for graphs. For example, the user might want to see granular data from 6-7PM 3 days ago.
1) When viewing a Service page, the widget menu that has "last 1 hour, last 2 hours, etc, etc", should have a menu option "Custom Date..." that pops-up a dialog with a start (date + time) calendar and end (date + time) calendar
2) When you have clicked to zoom-into a widget, on that dialog, the navigate left-right to page thru known ranges, but the text at the top should have a drop-down that includes Custom Date... option similar to the above.
