Description

Adding a service fails due to ResourceAlreadyExistsException. Attempted to create host_component's which already exist.

In this particular case, while attempting to add Hbase, on an existing HDFS cluster. The request to create Datanode host component which are already available was sent leading to the failure. During add service only the request to add the required host component should be sent.
