Description
Oozie and Metrics Collector restart failed in Service check for HDP 2.3
installation from latest Trunk build.
This is after effect of commit : 92c054b1d6fcc0dc436ae4ff6b1cd9b8da68b459.
(AMBARI-14396. Add support for recursive chown in resource management
library).
