Description

This is an umbrella Jira for all work associated with improving the error handling, reporting and logging of API requests.

All actual work will be tracked in individual sub tasks.

Sub-Tasks

• Normalize back-end exceptions so that they are reported correctly by the API: Open
• Provide consistent error messages from the API for invalid resource names: Open
• Add additional debug/info level logging to the API layer: Open
