ambari-server --hash
eaa105cb5ae73c173b30207cf2156412e33c5c5d

1. Deploy cluster with HDP-2.1
2. Stop Ambari Server
3. Manually bootstrap HDP-2.1 stack version
4. Start Ambari Server
5. Add HDP2.3.0.0 version.
6. Click on Install Packages
7. Install Packages task does not get started.
8. Ambari Server Log
