Description

For Ambari based Installs, allow all special characters except \ ` ' " (Ranger install scripts should not restrict any other special characters to be entered while installation)

Type of Passwords	Source	Changes in Components
DB	Mysql,Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL, SqlAnywhere, Azure	Ranger Admin, Ranger KMS
LDAP / AD	Passwords that gets saved in credential files for LDAP / AD settings	Ranger Usersync

If database doesn't support any special character, let it throw exception.
