[AMBARI-13258] Kerberos Wizard: next button on Confirm Configuration doesn't work after page refresh

Description

Go to Enable Kerberos Wizadr to step Confirm Configuration and refresh the page (or close tab and reopen it) next button will generate js error and doesn't send user to the next page. Page refresh doesn't help.

Workaround: click Back button and proceed to Confirm Configuration step again to pass it.
