[AMBARI-13000] Disable Ranger Hive Plugin is not reverting all the required properties

Description

After disabling ranger hive plugin this property should get reverted to the default value: `hive.security.authorization.manager`.

Currently it's not getting reverted so after disabling plugin user has to manually change this property then only disable changes will get effective.
