Description

When downloading current capacity scheduler configs as xml file, resulting file is not proper xml as it does not have xml header "<?xml version="1.0"?>" and root element.
So it is not possible to parse it using xml tools.
It is possible to generate this file with proper header and root element to be able to parse it with any xml tool.
