[AMBARI-12580] Host Check changes: use THP data from custom action response and call custom action for package and other checks during "Rerun check"

Description

For now, as i see, UI using THP data from HostInfo during host checks. I've added code to custom action host check, which will return THP data if you will add "transparentHugePage" to check_execute_list. So, you should start to use THP data from custom action host check. And one more, when we are clicking "Rerun check" button i don't see that UI sending custom action host check request for such checks like "packages available" and str. You should add this request and update data for these checks.
