[AMBARI-12545] Once I released a view in Ambari-view, I want users can go to the view directly without the step of choosing in the Main view list. It will be a better user experience.

For a developer: Once I released a view in Ambari-view, I want users can go to the view directly without the step of choosing in the Main view list. It will be a better user experience.

For an user: user can go to the view directly and don't need to search the view in the main view list.
