[AMBARI-12543] FE: Hosts page table takes atleast 4.2s to populate 100 host entries

Description

When you first enter the hosts page showing the table of 100 entries, it takes atleast 7s to 9s for the page to ultimately load and show up. Out of this, the network takes like 2.5s to 4.4s, but the UI takes atleast 4.2s to show those 100 entries. There seems to be some inefficiency in loading the API results and showing the table.
