1. Deploy cluster without Ambari Metrics.
2. Launch Add Service Wizard choosing Ambari Metrics and any other service with slave and/or client components.
3. Proceed to 'Assign Slaves and Clients' step.
4. Ensure that no component assignment issues are present.
5. Refresh page.

No component assignment issues are present.

Message component assignment issues displayed, with error message popup on click: 'Metrics Monitor component should be installed on all hosts in cluster.'
This is not valid because Metrics Monitor is implicitly assigned to every host.
Nevertheless, Metrics Monitor is installed.
