Description

HDP 2.2.4.2, Spark 1.2.1.2.2.4.2-2

In Ambari UI click Spark -> Quicklinks -> History Server

Expected: History Server UI opens up in a new window/tab
Actual: opens in the same window (inconsistent with the rest of the Ambari UI, wrong)
