[AMBARI-11187] Y-axis label is cut off or not shown at all in the dashboard / widget graphs

Description

1. In the widget size graphs, y-axis label is not shown for the most part.
It should always show up if if the y-axis is shown in the zoomed-in version.

2. Trace lines are missing in the new dashboard graphs, compared to what we had before.
