Description

Ambari stack for Ranger needs to be updated to support recent changes done in Ranger Admin and Ranger Usersync.

1. Add new properties introduced in Ranger 0.5.0
2. Support ranger admin/ugsync reading from *.xml files now instead of .properties
3. Avoid running setup.sh for restart
4. Support adding of custom properties
5. Other enhancements
