Description

Steps:

1. Deploy PROPERTY-VALIDATOR view.
2. Create instance of PROPERTY-VALIDATOR.
3. Click Edit for properties.
4. Populate invalid parameters.
5. Click Save.

Expected result: fields highlighted red and error message shown near and popup with
'Cannot save properties
The instance has invalid properties.'
Actual result: incorrect popup is shown, field is not highlighted red, error in console.
