Host registration ssh with sudo user + 027 does not work on ubuntu

    Description

      On Ubuntu, when attempting to perform automated host registration via SSH, and if your target hosts are set with umask 027, the registration fails with an error.

      scp: /var/lib/ambari-agent/data/tmp: Permission denied

      A workaround is to use manual agent registration, not automated registration via SSH.
