Description

1. status label has redundant tooltip. (redundant_tooltip.png)
2. "No Alerts to display" label should be aligned to left side. ([^empty_space_before_label.PNG])
3. Empty tooltip shouldn't be displayed. (empty_tooltip.png)
4. On Alerts table, after switching to next page "Last Status Changed" tooltip doesn't appear.
