Description

1. Sorting by Config Group is not working.
2. Filtering by Notes ignores special chars (including whitespace), but these chars are allowed to use in config history notes. (Ex. if we have some record in table with note 'test test' and will try to filter table by Note with 'test test', no results will be shown). So we should either disallow using these chars in notes or support them during in filtering.
