[AIRAVATA-765] GridFTPOutputHandler need to return file url incase output type in URI

Description

GridFTPOutputHandler does not handle to list all the files created in outputdata directory of job folder on remote machine. I am running a /bin/cp service to copy local inputs to remote machine and want the remote output URL exposed as gridftp URL.
