[AIRAVATA-623] Host added by Add Host are not automatically added to Hosts list of Airavata Registry view

Description

I add a host from XBaya -> Add Host.. After adding I go to Airavata Registry view and expand the Hosts node. Added host is not listed there. I need to refresh the hosts node to get the added host.
