Major Description
Once a document is updated it is not updated in the view Registry pane. Also related issue is after a application is added/updated, the Application Services in XBaya composition mode is not updated. The edit documents refreshes fine. Probably same call back logic can be applied to all Registry browsing capabilities in XBaya. This is for a user updating his/her own documents. Refreshing when other users change documents is not within the scope of this issue.
