[AIRAVATA-386] Cannot configure input nodes by clicking on inputNodes

Description

When user try to put values in to workflow by clicking input Node it ask user to put an xml value, it should ask this if the input type is not a defined type in gfac-schema. But this is not functioning properly. XBaya should not ask XML value to be given if the type is a defined type in gfac schema.
