Description

This work is mostly done. The portal already requires that users first complete their standard UserProfile. This task is to add evaluation of the extended user profile to the UserProfile.is_complete method (https://github.com/apache/airavata-django-portal/blob/master/django_airavata/apps/auth/models.py#L67).
