Description

New description:
Add a button to allow Gateway Admins to create an SSH credential that is shared with Admins (WRITE) and Read-Only Admins (READ).

• button will be in addition to the current New SSH Credential button
• button should only be displayed for members of the Admins group
• button label should be "New Gateway Credential"
• when button is clicked it should automatically share the credential with Admins with WRITE permission and Read-Only Admins with READ permission, similar to the ShareButton's autoAddAdminGroups functionality.

Original description:

1. Currently the gateway admin group users could only view the ones shared with them
2. But as admins. they should be Abel to view all the keys, even if they are not shared with them to read or copy.
