Description

1. User A shared a 3-month-old experiment with all the gateway user group users.
2. User B is trying to view it, but its hard to get to it as there is no way to search for it in the experiment browse.
3. Users should be able to search for an experiment 
   1. By created date range
   2. By Application
   3. By created user (When it comes to shared ones)
   4. Submitted compute resource
   5. Compute resource generated job ID (we can give a string field and filter as the user search.)
4. Any other that could make it easy for users.
5. For gateway admins every experiment in the gateway is listed. For them to find their own submissions, it would be better to have a checkbox to say 'Show mine' and then further filter using the above filters.
