[AIRAVATA-3330] BUG: Can save and launch an experiment when there is no queue assigned in GRP compute resource

Description

1. Select a compute resource where only a single queue exists
2. Un select the queue in compute resource profile in GRP and save
3. Open Creat experiment, the queue field is empty.
4. But was able to add nodes, cpus and walltime and submit to that experiment.
5. Although the queue name is not displayed was able to submit the job to the removed single queue
