Description

1. Created a new key for a newly deployed gateway and saved with MANAGE_SHARING.
2. Exception thrown (Image attached)

• [x] fix the error that is causing MANAGE_SHARING permission to not work correctly
• [x] change the permission on default sharing of resources with Admins to MANAGE_SHARING (currently WRITE)
