Description

1. A new user creates a local gateway account in https://django.staging.seagrid.org
2. User logs into Django https://django.staging.seagrid.org
2. After she is added to Gateways Users group, tries to save and launch an experiment using the PGA https://staging.seagrid.org
3. When clicked 'Save and Launch' button, user gets Failed to create experiment: mkdir(): Permission denied
4. Tried to clone an experiment launched from Django in PGA, and getting the same permission denied error.
