Description

1. In order for XSEDE usage reporting in individual gateways for resource we need to be able add a gateway id
2. This is a simple text field.
3. This field is enabled for individual gateway if the 'Enable Gateway Usage Reporting' is selected in scigap portal for the compute resource.
