[AIRAVATA-3107] Delay in Email Confirmation while creating SEAGrid account using IU email

Description

While creating new account via https://django.seagrid.org/auth/create-account , using IU email (<username>@iu.edu), the email verification link has been sent to the given mail address with a delay of 50 minutes. However, when tested using gmail, this is very immediate. In both scenarios account creation works fine once verification has been completed.

 

[ NOTE : The same has been observed earlier on staging.testdrive.airavata.org . Here the email verification link expires in 30 min. Since the confirmation mail is received with a delay of ~50 min, clicking the link turns into an infinite cycle. ]
