Description

1. A new user created an account and was given gateway-user role.
2. When tried to share an experiment with him, the user won't appear in the search.
3. Tried with the email extension, rutgers.edu still no luck.
4. In the gateway there are four users with rutgers.edu email and all of them have gateway-user role.
5. But only one would come up in the sharing search.
