[AIRAVATA-2971] Share button to add group permission is disabled but cannot save without it!

Description

1. In Django portal clicked 'New Application +'
2.  Added the Details tab and then moved to the Deployment.
3. Tried to save after adding executable path but getting an error saying it need group permission.
4. Share button is disabled; cannot click.
5. So cannot add the groups.
