Description

1. Submitted an experiment and the experiment was in EXECUTING and job ID was DEFAULT_JOB_ID.
2. The error was the binary path given was wrong in the scigap portal.
3. Fixing the path got the jobs submitted but the above error need to be captured and the experiment and job need to be failed.
