When 0 byte, display stdout and stderr in experiment summary.

    Description

      Currently if a file is 0 bytes, it is not displayed in output section of the experiment summary.

      The file is not brought back as an output. Please exclude stdout and stderr from this feature.

      Even if the file is 0 byte always bring the stdout and stderr and display in PGA as outputs if they ar defined as outputs in the application interface.
