[AIRAVATA-2783] Gateway output file (.tar.gz) not existing when staging out but in real it exists in the working directory

Description

1. Once the job is completed and email was sent, job updated with status.
2. Output file transfer initiates.
3. When tried to transfer .tar.gz getting error [1]
4. In real the tar.gz files exists in the working directory and it is brought back in ARCHIVE.
