• add project selector field
• display application inputs (just simple ones for now, no file uploads)
• display a list of compute resource options
• when compute resource option is selected, display queue and other job settings (node count, etc.)
• launch experiment when clicking save and launch
• validation: required inputs
• allow_blank and allow_null for CharFields
• validation: required experiment fields
• display max queue settings values for selected queue
• update the styling to match Levi's UI mockups
