Description

PGA changes to store user profile information in the User Profile Service instead of the Identity Server.

TODO

• enable and start up the User Profile Service on dev
  • update documentation regarding installing the User Profile Service (issue AIRAVATA-2332)
• migrate user profile data from the Identity Server to the User Profile Service
  • do this as part of separate issue. This is really a migration/deployment concern. The migration code has already been completed.
• create API methods to call the User Profile Service
• create a user profile editor in the PGA
• on the initial login, take the user to the user profile editor and prompt them to fill out the fields
