[AIRAVATA-2273] When the Total Physical Memory is given in create experiment UI it is not appearing in job script as MBs

Description

Currently when 'Total Physical Memory' is given in create experiment, it gets added in the PBS job script as #PBS -l mem=8000

But it should be given in job script as #PBS -l vmem=8000M

And currently it seems like its not added to slurm script at all.
