[AIRAVATA-1938] In gateway preference page when CS token is not set at compute resource preference level still it appears as if it is allocated.

Please see the attached image. even when the CS token is not assigned at compute resource level it is indicated with a mark. When CS token is not assigned at compute resource level display 'NOT-SET' as the value for the field.
