[AIRAVATA-1922] In desktop client experiment is not displayed under the correct project

Description

All below steps were done in the desktop client
1. Create an experiment under 'DEFAULT Project'
2. Edit and move the experiment in to another project 'DT-Project'
3. Now clone the experiment.
4. Two experiments are under DT-Project
5. But in the left hand side window only one experiment is showed and under the initial project; not the current project.
6. To get the changing of projects reflected had to log out and login
7. Desktop client user is LoginUser11
