[AIRAVATA-1907] Remove 'Continue' button in Create experiment page in PGA.

Description

Currently create experiment is two steps, after user selects the project and application requires clicking continue button to fill rest of the information.

This two step process is not necessary and it is an extra step for the user.
Please remove the Continue button.
