Description

Provide a more descriptive meaningful message when a non-existing experiment ID is provided in getExperimentOutputs.php script
Currently the message given is;
Exception!
Internal error processing getExperimentOutputs

Can we change the message to something like below;
Experiment ID provided does not exists in the system. Please provide a valid Experiment ID.
