Description

XBaya has to list the available working set of urls in the dynamicWorkflowinvoker window.

Following logics will be used to select proper gfac-urls.

1. GFac url should be valid url in the timezone, if url is expired xbaya doesn't display them
2. GFac url should be a working url (for this we are using the ?wsdl url and see whether user is getting that).
