Add artifacts panel shows all OBR resources (with pathname)

    Description

      The add artifacts dialog show all resource in the repository. It should only show resource not already imported into the artifact repository. Also, configuration artifacts are display with a relative path as 'Symbolic Name'.

      This is a regression introduced by ACE-316
