Minor Description
It would be nice to explicitly and clearly see a message somewhere that a target is unregistered, if it is. Also, no alert or something is given when a change should be approved in case auto approve is off. You can see that now, but only by manually checking if the relevant checkbox in the information screen is unchecked.
