Description

Using this ticket to reopen ACCUMULO-489 because of ACCUMULO-826.

The reason I created a new ticket instead of opening 489 again is because work done against 489 was released in 1.4.1. I think leaving that ticket as-is makes it easier to understand whats in 1.4.1.
