Description

Testcase org.apache.accumulo.test.functional.MonitorSslIT.test fails consistently with connection reset failure. It fails on ppc64le and x86 platform. The error message is as follows:

test(org.apache.accumulo.test.functional.MonitorSslIT)  Time elapsed: 26.232 sec  <<< ERROR!
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
        at org.apache.accumulo.test.functional.MonitorSslIT.test(MonitorSslIT.java:127)
